Our Booking Terms

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee, due within seven days of receipt of our contract. This will guarantee the booking of Twofold for your event. We will arrange the payment of the remaining balance within at least seven days prior to the event date.

If a client decides they would like Twofold to perform longer than originally agreed or if the event runs late, overtime is $280 per hour and will be subject to our availability.

Cancellations

If a client cancels the event or Twofold’s booking of the event, they must contact us directly at least thirty days prior to the event. If it is canceled within thirty days of the event, there will be a $160 cancellation fee, due within fourteen days of cancellation.

Optional Additions

Extra fees may be incurred for certain requirements i.e. rehearsal, early set-up/arrival at the event, parking, meals, travel, song requests in excess of ten songs, sheet music (if required), assistants, PA/extra music gear etc.

If all of these factors are made clear to all parties prior to signing this contract, the extra fees will be included in the total cost. Otherwise they may be charged following the event alongside overtime fees and invoiced accordingly.

How We Accept Payment

Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer. Both the deposit and the final payment will be invoiced separately, and our bank details will be listed on the invoices.
